Fight or Flight Group

We love doing these kind of posts at fight or flight, Yesterday me and laura had the pleasure of being asked to do a presentation on young men's mental health & addiction at the Conference learning Day for the Orbital South College group which comprises of East Surrey College and John Ruskin College (south croydon). Over the 2 sessions, we had 50+ teachers attend, which we did not expect with so many other talks going on that day and at the same time.

Now, normally, I love taking all the credit, but I have to take my hat off to laura she absolutely smashed it. we only had a week to prepare this presentation, so didn't have anytime for reshesales, but that didn't matter. She smashed it.

Laura's knowledge of therapy and counselling not just in young adults but also in adults is second to no, and the information she provided to these teachers was great. She brings a young and vibrant approach to therapy and that is what we are all about at fight or flight, And the interaction we both had with the teachers was amazing and we feel this is now the start of something big at fight or flight.

We are very lucky to have Laura as our in house counsellor and we will soon be launching a new counselling service to help people who may need some counselling or therapy, but as always it will be a little different to your normal therapy.
