THE PIZZA PROF.

Gotta give it up to my mama who sacrifices for us all the freaking time. Pizza is 90% clean up and prep. We work all week. She washes our peels and table cloths, works on Saturdays and Tuesdays, and if you don’t see her at the market it’s because she’s babysitting our kids 🥲🤯 The woman gives and gives, and never complains. She connects with customers, hugs them, and makes pizza so much more than food. She just loves on our customers. As a result, many of them are now her friends. So shoutout to Mimi Prof for all she does. We couldn’t do this without you—LITERALLY—so thank you. We love you endlessly 💕🖤💛💖
