I am excited to share that I am working on a performance art piece titled Everything Is Not Okay (I Promise). This piece serves as both a personal experiment in mindfulness for the artist’s own development and an invitation for the audience to engage in mindfulness exercises. It combines extended walks of thought and raw moments of processing, inviting the audience to pause and consider how environment influences cognition.Through this process, we can uncover and share the subtleties of the mind’s movement and how it interacts with space, time, and presence.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to slow down, reflect, and discover new ways to engage with the present moment.
You’re invited to join me for a free showing of Everything Is Not Okay (I Promise), presented at Balch Street Theatre August 14th at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30). No reservations or tickets are necessary—bring an open mind and willingness to try something new. I hope to see you there!

Thank you!
