I’ve spent 13 birthdays with you. That’s 13 times that I’m grateful you were born and could be in my life @yconio.

This afternoon as I fly back from #halifax to NYC, I overheard a little girl looking out the airplane window. She is gleeful, eyes wide open, clinging to the window as we ascended, and saying “oh wow, we are going through the clouds. Oh my, we are above the clouds.” She’s in awe of it all. A complete sense of wonderment. And that’s what traveling with you, Anthony, is like. We may be adults where much of life we’ve seen before, but when we travel, and go to new places, we are actually experiencing that same childhood enchantment with each new place we go to. We go to each place with the promise of seeing something to delight us, energize us, educate us, and just enrich us through new cultures. Travel allows us to enter a global playground. There is no one else I rather do forever recess with 💜 Happy birthday babe. I hope you loved #novascotia as much as I did.

Kayaking, wine tasting, slamming restaurants, sail boats, sunsets, harbor tours, shopping, and so much more! It was well worth the visit and I know I’ll be back!

And of course, we did it @caseandpoints style with 4 nights using our @marriottbonvoy points at the Westin Nova Scotian. Saving ourselves $1400+ as we built another bucket of memories.
