𝐉𝐮𝐊𝐲𝐚𝐡 𝐊. 𝐆𝐚𝐲, 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 (𝐂𝐮𝐦 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞)

This is more than a degree — it’s a declaration of purpose.

As I step into the next chapter, pursuing my Master of Public Health at Florida A&M University and applying to Clinical Psychology Ph.D. programs, I do so with a mission: to serve, to heal, and to lead in spaces where representation is not only powerful — it is necessary.

Black neuropsychologists make up less than 5% of the field. I’m proud to be part of the next wave working to change that — to be a voice, a resource, and a reflection for those who’ve never seen themselves in these roles.
