EXCLUSIVE: A Honduran illegal immigrant allegedly raped a Minnesota woman just TWO DAYS after his deportation order became final, months after a Clinton-appointed federal judge ordered his release from ICE custody.

According to federal immigration officials, 42-year-old Marcotulio Melendez Diaz was working as a handyman when he allegedly overpowered and repeatedly raped the woman on Oct. 11. Authorities say the alleged assault was captured on an indoor surveillance camera.

ICE is criticizing the judge’s decision, arguing the alleged assault could have been prevented if Melendez Diaz had remained in custody.
