Customer service is poor and doesn't respond. Ordered during Kickstarter campaign, UPS tracking number issued 24 December and UPS has yet to receive package. Zero replies from any department at Litejam, IT'S LIKE THEIR LIGHTS WENT OUT

So you're showing how I can hand this to my 10 year old who had never picked up a guitar and she'll learn with ease.
