What an awesome day in Deptford.! Was SO good to creatively reconnect with the brains of Maiya & Lina in their investigations of how bodies can feel & flow so differently when airborne, thanks to the ever-steady Lucie. Loved meeting Lissy, Ihshaan, & Lottie for the 1st time and treated myself to joloff rice with plantain & chicken for lunch. Properly impressed with the vibe that the lovely Chris has created at Flying Fantastic, as he builds a community around his clients.
