Weight Lifting Studio | Group Training

This is Kristina-my friend, client and now one of our nutrition accountability coaches. The left pic is when she first came to our group training at Snap. She had been doing all the fads and only lifting super light weights.
The pic on the right is today after she’s been lifting HEAVY with us for a few years! Her arms have always been one of her trouble spots. It’s a myth that light weights with lots of repetitions will “tone” bigger arms.
If you want to see real RESULTS and real muscle TONE, you must lift heavier weights with progressive overload - and get your NUTRITION in check!
👈🏼Check out her other fitness routine eras and compare her muscle tone to today! 💪🏼 I’m so proud of all of her hard work!! 🙌🏼🥰
