Happy Halloween! AI made me do it 🤭 Do I look better being good or being bad? 🤍🖤
Tech billionaire and Republican megadonor Elon Musk is among the biggest losers of election night in the U.S. ㅤ He doled out around $446 million — the most a non-candidate has ever spent on an election, including over $200 million on Texas-related efforts. ㅤ But Musk’s preferred candidates across the country were swamped, losing almost everywhere. ㅤ His plans for a buildout of data centers across Texas are especially in doubt after Democrat Gina Hinojosa won a surprise victory over incumbent Greg Abbott in the state’s gubernatorial race. ㅤ “Data centers in space looking pretty appealing right now,” Musk wrote on X on Wednesday morning, jumping off the results to boost an idea he’s trying to pursue. ㅤ He quickly followed that with a joke about election interference, writing, “Guess my election-interfering space lasers didn’t work this time.” ㅤ Head to the link in our bio to read about what Musk should now brace for as Democrats take control of the U.S. Congress. ㅤ 📷 Kevin Dietsch/Getty Images

SportsGirl of the Year ❤️ Alhamdulillah… I honestly don’t even know how to put into words what I’m feeling right now. My heart is so full. 🥹❤️ My little Moza. My girl who has never once allowed her circumstances to define what she can or cannot do. I’ve watched you grow, watched you struggle, watched you push yourself even on days when things weren’t easy. The early mornings, the long hours in the pool, the sacrifices, the tears and everything in between. I’ve seen it all, sayang. And today, watching you receive SPORTSGIRL OF THE YEAR, I just couldn’t be prouder. 😭❤️ But you know what makes Mommy the proudest? It’s not the medals, the trophies or the titles. It’s your heart. Your courage. Your determination. And the way you continue to show the world that nothing is impossible when you put your heart into something. If only you could see yourself through Mommy’s eyes, you’d understand just how extraordinary you are. You have taught me so much more about strength and resilience than you will ever know. Alhamdulillah Ya Allah. For every blessing, every opportunity and every beautiful moment like this. Keep chasing your dreams, sayang. Mommy will always be right here, cheering the loudest for you. I love you beyond words. ❤️🏆 @mozabaihakki

Fresh off of flipping Texas, Senator-elect James Talarico spoke to a crowd in Austin tonight. He called for an end to division in the nation, and said it’s time for “a different kind of politics.”
