Still riding the high from our first show🪞🏄🏻‍♂️

We couldn’t wipe the smiles off our faces while being absolutely blown away by all the original bands. Was an honor to be apart of such a killer local lineup @holyhuman @ze_nithband @denjmusic @bartbats69 . Certified rippers ⚡️

Thanks to everyone who came out, wizardwallproductions, @henrycronmusic and @punkrockpizzadaytona for setting this up and to Andy for the sweet live sketches❤️‍🔥 🎥 @rekkless_intent and friendsss

Onto the next!

You asked & here it is! My glutes 🍑 routine! Haters will always say that it’s either surgery or when it’s a photo that it’s photoshop. The truth is that I was blessed with the body shape genetics, but I always, always, always had a rigorous workout routine. Like I’ve been dancing ballet and all kinds of dance, and horseback riding, almost every day since I was a child. And I became a gym girlie in my teenage years and that never stopped. Now my schedule is: ballet, Pilates, reformer Pilates approximately 2-3 days per week plus gym around 3-5 days per week. There are some exercises that I do regularly that are not shown in this reel, but that will come in part 2 I guess! Every time I do a video like this the comments ask how many I do of each exercise. I switch it up always! The key is to surprise your body so it doesn’t do things automatically. Sometimes I count, sometimes I just do each exercise for a minute or two before I change. The idea is to not stop when it hurts, but instead go on a bit longer. We want the shaky legs 🤭 Oh and the last 2 exercises were Fede’s idea. Those are the only two exercises that you kind of need a gym for. The rest is perfect to do at home as well. On each leg I use ankle weight 2-4 kg. I walk on incline 8-15. And the ball is 5kg. And remember girls that if you want to grow glutes you need to EAT! The workout set is: @haute.store and the quality is just as great as it looks. #workoutroutine #workoutathome #glutes #workouttips #fitnessvideo

Never interact with the opposing side: Skip hostile posts. Avoid replies, insults and outrage-sharing. Hostile engagement still adds attention. 3. Network surveillance: Track hashtags, trending topics and news coverage. Observe shifts in attention and assess the results of collective action. 4. Centralization of posts: Use consistent hashtags, images, and videos. Coordinate share times to be concurrent. Make the collective message recognizable and avoid scattered attention. 5.
