Hi! I’m Nicole Duffey, your friendly local real estate agent and with all my new friends lately I wanted to share 10 things about me you may or may not know.
🧀I never met a cheese I didn’t like. I’ll take a cheese board over almost any other food most days. If I claim to not be hungry I’m not talking about cheese.
🧚♀️I will cast Magic Missile at the gazebo. I’m a nerd and it’s so much fun. Video games, fantasy, sci-fi, cons, cosplay, larps, tabletop games - If I’ve not played it I probably have a close friend who does.
😻I’m mom to an amazing and fierce little one named Eowyn who teaches me about negotiation every day! And if you don’t recognize her name, please see above :P
🏠I’ve been a full time Realtor since 2014 - I’m still proudly at the same brokerage where I first learned the business: Keller Williams Fairfax Gateway centrally located to all NOVA has to offer in the Fair Lakes area
🎭Theatre was my first love - I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Performance and a masters in Theatre History and Criticism, and yes, I know how to paint fake bricks (don’t be too jealous)
🎸I adore live music and have been diligently making it to some bucket list concerts post-pandemic (Indigo Girls, Cyndi Lauper, Melissa Ethridge)
🐹No pets but adore meeting other peoples and especially seeing posts about them - I can identify many of your cats and dogs by photo alone (Valentino is my internet crush)
🪢Married over a decade to the smartest most patient partner and co-parent I could have ever dreamed of and it just keeps getting better.
🌲I call Adairsville GA my hometown even though I’ve lived in Northern Virginia longer than I lived there - it’s where I went to high school and will forever have a special place in my heart. When I’m tired and my accent comes out to play, the North GA accent (a mix of hard edges and vowels longer than your arm) is what you’re getting.
🎨I’ve got the ADHD Craft ~~problem~~ feature - Crochet, beading, papermaking, ice dye, sewing, embroidery, clay, printmaking, book binding, collage, shrinky dinks... you name it and I’ve probably done it!
