I can i know those feelings all too well hun... no matter how many times I can hear a positive..... I tend to put more focus on the negative... its so hard to try and be positive, when it feels like im getting bombarded with negative thoughts, feelings or actions from others constantly. But its awesome you have such a strong and supporting community of friends and family. You have always been a strong and motivating woman that I look up to alot.
