It didn’t happen the first time I tried. Or the second. Or the third, for that matter 🥹 Man, it didn’t even happen the sixth time I competed But eight years away, and we’re back 🥹 A whole lot of life happened in between. Different versions of me, two babies later, different battles, lessons I didn’t know I needed to learn and a whole lot of rebuilding ✨ But the dream never really left ❤️☎️ Eight years later, we came back, gave it everything, and this time... WE DID IT IFBB FIGURE PRO🏆 Little CB, we fucking did that 🥹 @frank__carroll And no words to thank you big dawg, the Frank effect is real 🤯😂. So much gratitude for helping me bring the vision to life. Couldn’t have done it without you. Looking forward to running it back - when the timing aligns but this time on the pro stage SAY WHAT 🤯 Thank you so much to Moe and the @nzifbb fam for giving me this opportunity. Truly over the moon and forever grateful for the opportunity to compete amongst the best. Excited for what’s ahead LFG 🤘🏻 For now GRATITUDE - you already know 🥹🪩🫶🏻✨ @frank__carroll @worthy_of_victory @nzifbb @npcnewsonlineofficialpage Posing guru @miaonwuna_ifbbpro Make up @annaclausenmakeup Tan @solene_hamilton Hair @_imagebyimogen Fueling this engine @shadowlabsnz #IFBBPRO #ifbbfigurepro
I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW I WAS GOING ON NATIONAL TV UNTIL I WAS DRIVING THERE. 🥹❤️ Everything happened so fast, but somehow, walking through the halls of Telemundo, I felt at home. Here’s something many of you don’t know. When I was younger, I received a full scholarship to UCLA for communications. Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of working in television. Life took me in a completely different direction, yet here I was. A full-circle moment I never saw coming. And the beautiful part? Less than 24 hours earlier, I had poured my heart into Entre Almas y Flores, choosing to make it donation-based and trusting God with the rest. Then this door opened. These last 72 hours have reminded me that ABUNDANCE IS SO MUCH MORE THAN MONEY. It’s love. It’s genuine connections. It’s people remembering your name when you’re not in the room. It’s years of obrando bien, leading with your heart without expecting anything in return. To my dear friend Georgina, Claudia at Telemundo, and every single person who has ever opened a door, believed in me, or invited me into your world… THANK YOU. ❤️ My heart has never felt so full. Sometimes God doesn’t take away the dream. He just takes you on a different road to get there. There’s a much deeper story behind this moment, and I’ll be sharing it in a personal letter through my email newsletter. If you’re on my mailing list, keep an eye on your inbox. 💌 Con Dios por delante. Siempre. ✨
The family of barn owls recently atop a West 75th building has been a prized sight for Manhattan birders and other New Yorkers. This week, DEC took action to pause any disruptive construction happening at the building and required a new roost box successfully installed today for the owls and any other birds that could benefit.
‘Tis the time .. My favourite time of the year is here already.. Our customary Diwali soirée.. THE GOLDEN GANG ✨ missed you so much @dishasetpal
