Are humans designed to eat meat? NO. It's not compatible with our Frugivore physiology.

Here's 2 reasons why:

🔹 #1: Zero Carbs = Zero Real Fuel
Our bodies run on carbs and glucose. Meat has literally 0 carbs. So where’s the energy supposed to come from?

🔹 #2: No Fiber = No Gut Health
Your gut microbiome feeds on fiber — and guess how much is in meat? None.
No fiber = poor digestion, sluggish gut, and yep… dry, hard torpedoes 💩

🔥 Humans are biologically built for a fruit-based, fiber-rich lifestyle. Meat just doesn’t fit.

⸻

🍉 That’s why I created my VIP Community + Frugivore Diet Course — to help you fuel your body the way nature intended. All backed with the latest science.

If you’re ready to feel energized, improve digestion, and thrive on a vibrant, fruit-powered lifestyle — this is your sign.
