Comment APP for the FULL pelvis โ€œUNTWISTINGโ€ Tutorial to get your ABS ๐Ÿ”ฅ back! Ladies, if youโ€™re ONLY training your abs for that stubborn belly, look a little LOWER. ๐Ÿ‘‡ Your PELVIS is BIG part of the picture. Your abs attach to your pelvis and rib cage. Their position relative to one another influences the length-tension relationships of your abs and the way youโ€™re able to manage intra-abdominal PRESSURE. Plus a bunch of other things. We need to consider the POSITION youโ€™re asking your ABS to work from, as it influences your ability to build STRENGTH. Remember: your core is MORE than just a bunch of muscles. It functions as a coordinated PRESSURE SYSTEM ๐Ÿ”ฅ! Your diaphragm, abs, and pelvic floor work together as you breathe, move, and lift. If youโ€™re navigating: โžก๏ธ A persistent lower belly pooch โžก๏ธ Diastasis โžก๏ธ Difficulty connecting with your abs โžก๏ธ Pelvic floor tightness or weakness โžก๏ธ Butt gripping Your training DESERVES to consider the whole system! #workoutsforwomen #coreexercises #pelvicfloorexercises #postpartumfitness
As Americans, we have the unbelievable privilege to ask & answer for ourselves every few years, โ€œwhat type of country do we want to live in?โ€ May we all have the courage to unequivocally answer today, โ€œnot one like this photo.โ€ This is a poll worker in Minnesotaโ€”who absolutely should be immediately removed from her post today and arrested for voter intimidation & violent threats against conservative voters. But a poll worker, nonetheless, who feels emboldened enough, smeared in fake blood to celebrate the assassination of the most impactful conservative voice in modern history, to hand you a ballot with a sneer as if to say, โ€œyouโ€™re next.โ€ We cannot continue to call our country the greatest society the world has ever known if we want half of its citizens to be violently killed. Vote today like your life depends on it. Because it does. & vote for Charlie and his life and legacy todayโ€”better yet, bring 5 people with you.
You might know Greg Wise as swoonsome Willoughby in Sense and Sensibility (1995) where he met his future wife, Dame Emma Thompson, on set; or from his roles in Cranford, The Outcast, The Crown or The Buccaneers. But Wise is also a passionate advocate for talking openly about grief, particularly among men, and is a patron of End of Life Doula UK. In this conversation, we discuss the depths of trauma and grief, learning to take rejection as an actor, his and Emmaโ€™s experience of IVF, and the unconventional way they built their family. Comment โ€˜Wiseโ€™, and weโ€™ll send the full conversation to your DMs, or search โ€˜How to Failโ€™ on YouTube, or wherever you get your podcasts.
