hi guys meet my fiancé 🩵 how’s this for a hard launch 🤭
MY THOUGHTS I genuinely had to look twice at this one. Finding châteaux with this level of architectural detail, extraordinary outbuildings and beautiful grounds, without spending several million euros, is becoming harder and harder. And then along comes this one. €1.5 million. Quite extraordinary. Those wrought-iron gates, the tree-lined approach, beautifully carved wood panelling, marble fireplaces, that staircase and even a moat! But what I love most is the entire architectural ensemble. There is just so much character here, and so much worth preserving. Of course, renovation is needed, and an estate of this scale is no small undertaking. But with approximately 16 hectares (almost 40 acres) near Vendôme, I think this is a rather special find. A remarkable restoration opportunity, listed with Junot Chateaux & Heritage €1.5M LOCATION Fréteval, Loire et Cher MORE INFO 1. Ensure you are following the account 2. Comment CHATEAU below 3. VIDEO CREDIT: @freedomandwhiskeyus 🚨🚨She tackled a Jewish woman at a free speech event at the University of Michigan today. Then she told police she should have killed her. “I’ve been to a mental hospital and I’ll go back if I get to kill her.” The victim confirmed who it was. UMich student. Arrested on the spot. This is Michigan. The election is Tuesday. I have the UPMOST respect for @freedomandwhiskeyus & the other PATRIOTS like her who are out there DOING THE LORDS WORK!!! I honestly pray for their safety DAILY because these ppl are only getting MORE VIOLENT!! THANK YOU ALL FOR WHAT YOU DO!!! #michigan #fight #violence #america #foryou

Sometimes the solution starts BEFORE we ever pick up our shears or head to the shampoo bowl! 👏🏼 Here’s a little peek inside my Connecticut class, where I had both stylists and curl friends learning together! One thing I want to challenge my fellow stylists to do? If you’re thinking it in your head, SAY IT OUT LOUD! 🗣️ We forget that what feels like common sense to us isn’t always common knowledge to our clients. Every little detail is an opportunity to educate, inspire, and help your client understand their hair a little bit deeper. And sometimes solving the problem is SIMPLE! These curls had lost a little of their juice, so we used a little Hair Renew Conditioner, a little water, and I create volume and a few simple techniques to bring back some life. No shampoo bowl. No haircut. Just understanding the WHY behind the WHAT! ✨ Want to understand products and how to choose them with confidence? Comment TRAINING for my FREE class! ✂️ Want me to bring this kind of education (and a whole lot of laughter) to your salon or next event? Check out the link in my bio! Because curls don’t have to be complicated. 💛 #vossthecurlboss #curlyhaireducation ation
