Be the light . Lead the way in the darkness . Be you , just some of the many lessons I learned through the lighthouse as part of the RBG fellowship and sisterhood.

I walked into the RBG cohort with a spirit of trust , excitement and eager to break barriers. Ready to be the change I wanted to see in the world. Throughout our first year I gained confidence, better leadership skills and personal and professional growth amongst other important and valuable lessons.

As the first year comes to an end , I am extremely grateful for what’s next to come. Attending the cultural learning tour made me get closer to my roots and understand why the work I do and will do matters.

Thank you to everyone who made this trip possible especially Ms. Natalie for creating such an amazing an impactful organization.
