๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ A Chinese Z-10 attack helicopter performing aerial maneuvers during a display reportedly held in Tianjin, China. Built by Changhe Aircraft Industries Corporation, the Z-10 is Chinaโ€™s first dedicated attack helicopter, designed primarily to engage armored vehicles and provide fire support for ground troops. Powered by two engines, it carries two crew members in a tandem cockpit, seated one behind the other. It is equipped with a chin mounted 23mm cannon and can carry guided antitank missiles, rockets, and air to air missiles. ๐Ÿท๏ธ @truereload - - - @ukrainciaga.international @ukrainciaga.actual @ukrainciaga Published for documentation, analysis, and public awareness. Back pain treatments usually focus on easing the ache. A new injectable gel is aiming to fix the problem at its source ๐Ÿฆด๐Ÿ’‰ The discs between the bones in your spine act like shock absorbers, but injuries and aging can wear them down over time, often leading to chronic back pain. Scientists are developing a hydrogel that can be injected into damaged discs to help repair the tissue and bring back some of their original structure. In a 2024 study, researchers tested it on damaged human spinal discs outside the body and saw encouraging gains in disc height and how well the discs handled pressure. Itโ€™s still early. The gel needs more research and clinical trials before doctors can use it regularly, but if it pans out, it could someday help people heal their discs instead of living with the pain.
