“Where are all the women?” Rayna Vallandingham grew up looking for pieces of herself in action. She found them in Bruce Lee’s speed, Michelle Yeoh’s presence, Kill Bill’s Beatrix Kiddo and the video games she spent her childhood playing. A 13-time world champion and fourth-degree black belt, Vallandingham had been practising martial arts long before acting entered the picture. Now, after roles in Cobra Kai and Citadel, one of those childhood worlds is becoming her own as she steps into the upcoming Street Fighter as Juli. “I want to be the first black-belt female martial artist who is able to do all of her own fight choreography on the big screen and mainstream media,” Vallandingham shares. It is an ambition informed by the women who opened doors before her, but also by what she still finds missing. I’m back. 💛 Playboy has invited me to compete once more in the Playmate Search 2026 — and I embrace this opportunity with gratitude, joy, and excitement for everything that’s to come. I have always believed in myself, because everything begins there: before the applause and before the doors open, every person — woman or man — must first learn to believe in their own strength. That inner faith changes everything. At 58, I’m not chasing youth — I’m honoring the woman I’ve become. Hope doesn’t retire, and dreams don’t check your age. This December, one woman will earn the title of Playmate. For me, being here, exactly as I am, already feels like a victory — and whatever comes next, I’ll receive it with gratitude. Thank you, @playboy, for seeing me — again. ✨ Thank you for walking this journey with me. The link is in my bio — voting is free, one vote a day, and you can vote every day.
