I always get asked what workouts I did to change my body, but the biggest driver of change is hands down nutrition (80-90% I would say) and this is where most women struggle.

there is just 24 hours left to join my 4 week nutrition and gut rest at 40% off ($35 USD down from $59)

you'll love it if:

- You’re already training but your food is all over the place
- You’re bloated or flat by the afternoon
- You’re busy with work and kids and need simple meals
- You’re tired of starting over again every Monday

Here's what you're missing:

- Access to the private community for life
- A dairy-free low FODMAP 4-week plan with recipes you keep forever
- Me right there doing it with you
- Plus 60% off my cookbook, which has 70+ recipes and plans from my previous challenges (including vegan and vegetarian)

Comment REALIGN to join or 🔗 is in my bio 💛

(ps if you've already purchased my anniversary edit challenge, you don't need this program, these recipes are already included for you ☺️🫶)

New pictures are getting impatient in my gallery… should I drop them or make you wait a little longer? 😉📸

This time of the year, when your home looks like THIS… ✨🪔❤️

Kai Cenat really got into a freestyle battle with Big Michael on TikTok Live 😭😂

Via: @loozecannon1 / @kaicenat

Kai had the cowboy hat and headset on, Big Michael showed up in full MJ mode with the blue shirt and white tie, and somehow this turned into a battle where we actually gotta judge the bars. The split screen alone makes this look like a matchup somebody would’ve made up in the comments 💀

But if you’re scoring it strictly off the freestyle, who took the round: Kai or Big Michael? 🎤

Meghan Markle and her father, Thomas Markle Sr., have been estranged since 2018. For years, much of the press settled on a simple explanation: she was a snob who had married a prince and discarded her commoner father. Last Friday, allegations against Markle Sr. for possession of child-sexual-abuse images became public, and he is now being investigated by police in the Philippines. He denies them, calling them “sick lies.” Meghan says any distance from her father, and her choice to keep him from her children, was for one reason: to protect them.
