In the past year and a half of riding i think I've improved a lot. And although I ride daily I still have so much to improve on and am always learning how to get better!

Two men who targeted South Asian families’ homes in Ruislip, Harrow and Barnet have been jailed at Isleworth Crown Court, the Met announced on Tuesday 3 November. Detectives say they believed the homes would hold high-value jewellery. A £7,000 Rolex, gold earrings worth £1,500 and an antique gold and diamond ring worth £1,200 were among the items taken. They covered their faces inside, but CCTV, forensics, phone data and Oyster card records placed them at every burglary. One even topped up his Oyster at Ruislip station with his own debit card. Oresti Saliaj, 40, of Wembley Park, was jailed for three years and six months, and Clirim Ferizi, 26, of Harrow, for two years. In a separate case, Hetaj Dionis, 35, and Arben Cuka, 31, of Ealing, were jailed for five years between them after a run of burglaries targeting South Asian households in Hayes over eight days. Police found one of them on a roof in Ealing with a crowbar.
