Perfect all week, out of control all weekend? Your weekend isn’t the problem. The restriction before it is.

Cut too much Monday through Friday and by the weekend you’re hungry, exhausted, and one “bad” food away from “I already ruined it.” Then guilt, then a stricter Monday, then repeat.

What helps: regular meals, enough protein, a deficit that isn’t aggressive, foods you actually enjoy, and no morality attached to any of it.

If your diet keeps ending in a binge, the answer probably isn’t getting stricter.

#Socialites, join us congratulations these five history-makers! 👏🏾🎉 For the first time in U.S. history, five Black governors have won in the same midterm election cycle: Keisha Lance Bottoms in Georgia, Wes Moore in Maryland, Byron Donalds in Florida, David Crowley in Wisconsin, and Aaron Ford in Nevada.

Last night was painful. But as Americans and Jews- we know that we can’t back down and must have HOPE! So - we will continue calling out the evil in America and fight for the Jewish people!! Some say Inshallah, I prefer- Be’ezrat Hashem! Gd Bless America 🇺🇸
