Throwback to definitely one of the craziest concerts I’ve ever was able to play!
With the wonderful Junge Sinfonie Orchester Reutlingen (@jungesinfonie_reutlingen ), we played the Concerto for Drums and Symphony Orchestra from Hristov Yotsov.
It is a crazy difficult piece for both — me and the orchestra. Especially it was difficult because the sound on stage I could hear from the orchestra was completely different than in the audience. So I couldn’t hear a lot of brass and stuff, which made timing things extremely — and I mean EXTREAMLY — difficult.
The more, I have to mention the wonderful work of the conductor Konrad (@konradsheinz ), who did an incredible job holding us together…
