My babiesds . Ohmlng is an unofficial pairing consisting of Ohm Pawat and Ing Asavanund. The pairing comes from the natural chemistry, comfortable friendship, and memorable interactions they share, which have made fans enjoy seeing them together. Although they are not an officially established GMMTV couple or pairing, Ohmlng has developed its own fanbase through their fun dynamic, supportive moments, and the unique energy they bring whenever they appear together. It is a fan-created pairing appreciated for the connection and chemistry that fans see between Ohm and Ing. #ohming #ingasavanund #ohmpawat
Marriage is basically a sleepover with your favorite person who also gets on your nerves. 😂🤍

I’m giving you guys credit in assuming you know that you need adequate sleep. The “all I need is 4 hours of sleep” crowd is just trying to speak that falsehood into existence. If you happen to have an extremely odd schedule, or day, short sleep will not set you back. But, as a constant, it’s not going to promote the best environment to train hard or recover. As for supplements… good old fashioned creatine. My apologies to those who are expecting the newest wheel to be invented. Just execute better with the wheels you have. They’re actually pretty good. As for motivation. If you asking how to be, you’re just not that guy. That’s not saying you should always on 10. That’s saying that if you need to be on 10 to get the job done, it won’t get done.
Comment WITHIN if you stretch every day and still wake up tight. I’ll send you 7 days free of the practices that reach the root. Tight hamstrings and low back pain might start in your big toe. Your plantar fascia runs as one line of tissue up through your calves and hamstrings into your low back. When shoes and orthotics do your foot’s work, the big toe stops pushing off and the whole chain tightens. That’s why stretching never lasts. Try this: 1. Toe sit. Tuck all ten toes, sit back and breathe. 2. Big toe extension. Toe against a wall, lean in, 30 seconds each side. 3. Big toe mobilization. Hold the base, draw the toe up and back, 10 reps. Comment WITHIN and stop living in a body that’s always bracing. 7 days free, cancel anytime. The kingdom of heaven has always been within you 🦶 #mindfulmovemend #somatichealing #hamstringrelief #footmobility #backpainrelief
