Introducing Indigo O’Rourke, a Naarm based visual artist predominately working with drawing and painting. She completed study at Victorian College of the Arts in 2013 and since then has exhibited throughout Australia in solo and group shows. By day she works as a scenic artist across film, television, theatre and installations for galleries and museums and by night she works in her studio at home. Her carefully rendered biro drawings and oil paintings aim to take on a view of social, political and cultural issues in today’s world.
*Massive thank you to @matthewrstanton for all his hard work and incredible photographs of these works
