My goal is to make $1M selling solar this year
Which younger me would have thought was CRAZY
After 3 years of selling at a high level, here are 3 lessons that helped me scale my income faster than I ever thought possible ⬇️
1️⃣ Culture pays dividends. Invest in your environment. the right culture will multiply your results. If you’re not competing, you’re not growing
2️⃣ System = freedom. Track your pipeline, follow a proven process, and stay organized. Chaos kills deals—systems close them.
3️⃣ Play the long game. In sales, time is your greatest teacher. Every rep, every door, every conversation sharpens your skills. The lessons you learn stack, and the experience compounds—making you more dangerous, more effective, and more valuable with every season.
