Haryana provides ₹3,200 every month—₹38,400 annually—to eligible adults with dwarfism under its ‘Bauna Bhatta Yojana’. The assistance is a monthly allowance, rather than a one-time ₹38,400 payment. A state government release dated October 27 reaffirmed the scheme’s benefit and eligibility requirements. Eligibility depends on specific height limits and medical certification. Men must measure 3 feet 8 inches or less, while women must measure 3 feet 3 inches or less, according to the department’s guidelines. Applicants must also be at least 18 years old, be domiciled in Haryana and have lived in the state for at least one year before applying. A certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon confirming dwarfism is mandatory. Officially listed as “Allowance to Dwarfs”, the scheme has operated since June 2006, when beneficiaries received ₹300 a month. Successive revisions increased the amount, with the department listing the ₹3,200 monthly rate as effective from November 1, 2025. For those seeking assistance, the government’s latest release says applications should be submitted online, followed by submission of verified documents to the relevant office. Applicants can approach their District Social Welfare Officer for guidance on eligibility, documentation and the application process.

🎬 Ed, Edd n Eddy is one of the most unforgettable animated series of its generation, bringing together three friends whose personalities make every episode entertaining. Ed is the strong, goofy, and food-loving member of the group, Edd, better known as Double D, is the intelligent and organized thinker, while Eddy is the ambitious, loud, and money-driven leader who is always looking for his next big scheme. Set in a suburban cul-de-sac, the series follows their endless attempts to make money, usually through questionable business ideas that rarely go according to plan. Their plans often lead to hilarious disasters, rivalries with the neighborhood kids, and situations that test their friendship. What makes the show special is how different the three characters are. Ed brings the chaos, Double D brings the logic, and Eddy brings the ambition. Despite their constant arguments and failed schemes, their friendship remains at the heart of the series. With its distinctive animation, exaggerated expressions, creative humor, and memorable characters, Ed, Edd n Eddy became a defining cartoon of the late 1990s and early 2000s. Even years later, its humor and nostalgic charm continue to make it a favorite among fans who grew up watching Cartoon Network.
