I’m just settling in from a long 11hr day at 2 different hospitals, 9/19 was a rough one for me! As some who read my GoFundMe about Zayn, you know he’s medically complexed with rare genetic defects that I still don’t have names for but today was one of those days where life got to hard! Unfortunately Zayn & I were 2 rooms down from a child who coded & twice I’ve witnessed my son blue alarm go off, signaling every available hand to rush to assist & it’s something I will never forget! But today it wasn’t my child but someone else! A hour straight they worked on a mother’s child, doing everything possible but unfortunately it didn’t turn out like any of the doctors or nurses had hoped for which was a lot to hear & see! But what got me was seeing 2 total stranger walk to that room to have their final moments with their child! Even though I didn’t know them my heart broke for them both & I felt I needed to do something so I got a bouquet of flowers but sadly they left 10mins before I returned! So even thought I have no name or no gender of the child I ask that you say a prayer for the mother & the child! She just experienced any true parent worst nightmare & needs to be lifted from any & everyone possible!
