Constant Art

@zac_eastwood_bloom Commissionedfor The Woolf Institute at Cambridge University, ‘The Confusion’ is a sculpture that symbolises The Woolf Institutes research into the relationships between the three Abrahamic Religions; Christianity, Judaism and Islam.
‘The Confusion’ is an Islamic geometric pattern ‘pulled’ into three dimensions. From the entrance of the building the sculpture looks like a collection of gold lines but view the sculpture form other areas of the building the true geometry of the structure comes into view. ‘The Confusion’ is a metaphor for looking at things from different points of view.
