The sweetest little boy and his mother came back to the ER after he got discharged yesterday to give me flowers and a hug and I’ll never forget them for how sweet, appreciative and beautiful they were. Of course the PEDS ER has its rough days but man did this make me feel like I’m right where I’m supposed to be 🙏❤️
