Lost my best friend and favorite person today.

She taught me how to confidently wield tools and never knew the first thing about makeup.
She always loved anyone I loved.
When I was in my super-Christian era, she was super concerned that I would miss out on meaningful and important art.
She had an incredible gift of connecting with people and generosity.

All of my favorite qualities in myself, I got from growing up watching her.

I’m currently a total shell of myself and I’m sure I’ll share more and say more later. I’ll be desperately in need of checking in on and tangible support for a while. And if you knew my mom at all, I vehemently welcome any and all voice memos of your memories of her.
