#vaihdevuosiuutiset

This one is tender for me 🥹 Sometimes the tired doesn’t come while we’re waiting on God. It comes after He answers, when we start carrying the outcome like it’s ours to hold 😮‍💨 He has been so gentle with me about that 🙏🏽 Not a lecture, just a quiet invitation to put it down 🕊️ If you’re worn out in the middle of your own answered prayer, this is for you 🤍 📖 Jeremiah 29:11 #SundayFaith #Faith #TrustGod #Jeremiah29
🍗 Psst! Who fancies homemade Nando's-style chicken without spending ages in the kitchen? 😍 If you're short on time but still want something packed with flavour, these juicy Peri Peri chicken tenders with a buttery Nando's-inspired sauce are an absolute winner! Easy to make and perfect for a midweek meal. ❤️ For the chicken: - 500g chicken tenders or fillets - 1 tsp chilli powder - ½ tsp turmeric - 1 tsp peri peri powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp mixed herbs - 1 tsp nigella seeds - 3 tbsp Nando's Peri Hot Marinade Mix everything together and leave to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. To cook: Pan method: Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add the chicken, cover and cook over a medium heat until cooked through and most of the moisture has evaporated. Oven method: Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking tray, drizzle with oil and bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes, or until fully cooked. For the buttery Peri Peri sauce: - 40g butter - 2 tbsp single cream - 3 tbsp Nando's Hot Peri Peri Sauce - 3 tbsp Nando's Lemon & Herb Sauce Melt the butter over a low heat, stir in the cream and both sauces. Heat through for 2 minutes, then pour generously over your chicken. Serve with spicy rice, naan or a portion of chips. Honestly, you can't go wrong! 😋 👇 Spicy Rice 🍚 3 tbsp oil 1 & 1/2 cups rice 1/2 red onion 1/2 red & 1/2 green pepper 1/2 cup peas 4 tbsp Nandos peri or hot sauce 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp red Chilli 1 tsp turmeric Powder 1 tsp cumin Powder 1 veg/chicken Stock Cube in 1 pint boiling water In a pan, add oil, throw in onions, and cook until soft.
