We all know we’re going to encounter hard times. So although my talk at this year’s @thedolectures was - on the surface - about navigating life with cancer, I wanted the lessons I shared to be universal.

Ten lessons became the core of the talk: ‘Riding The Waves - a manifesto for thriving in good times and bad.’
