Blood collection is such a common procedure in veterinary medicine. We often sample our patients to obtain more information about their health status, to screen for underlying disease processes, and to direct our approach in diagnosing illnesses.
And oftentimes, these blood draws can be challenging! Every species brings a unique challenge especially when they are small little creatures with tiny vessels.
