🥟 ÇÖRƏK KİMİ YUMŞAQ, İÇLİYİ BOL VƏ ÇOX LƏZZƏTLİ KARTOF PERAŞKİLƏRİ 😍❤️

Xəmiri o qədər yumşaq, peraşkiləri isə o qədər ləzzətli olur ki, birini yeməklə kifayətlənməyəcəksiniz! 😋 Mütləq sınayın!

🥣 XƏMİR ÜÇÜN:

🌾 1 kq un
🫒 100 ml bitki yağı
🥚 1 ədəd yumurta
🥄 10 qr quru maya
🥄 1 x.q. şəkər tozu
🧂 1 ç.q. duz
💧 550–600 ml ilıq su

🥔 İÇLİK ÜÇÜN:

🥔 Kartof
🧅 Soğan
🧂 Duz
🌶️ Qara istiot
🫒 Soğanı qovurmaq üçün bitki yağı

HAZIRLANMASI:

(Soğan sevmirsinizsə, əlavə etməyə bilərsiniz.)

Mayalanmış xəmirdən kiçik kündələr hazırlayırıq. Hər kündəni açıb içərisinə kartoflu içlik qoyaraq peraşki formasına salırıq.

Sonda qızmar yağda hər iki tərəfi qızılı rəng alana qədər qızardırıq.

😍 Nuş olsun!

Siz də kartoflu peraşki sevirsinizsə, ❤️ qoymağı və resepti saxlamağı unutmayın!

Dibu Martínez shows how he can’t close his hand properly as this injury affected him with pain during the last World Cup 😩

“On a scale of 1 to 10, my finger affected me 10/10. Until the day before the Algeria game, I was 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐌, 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐀 𝐙𝐎𝐌𝐁𝐈𝐄”, told @losedul_ in an interview. 🧟‍♂️

“Every time I put my hand down, I saw stars from the pain” 🌠

“𝐈 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐋 𝐌𝐈𝐃𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐄 𝐌𝐘 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐒𝐖𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐀 𝐒𝐀𝐔𝐒𝐀𝐆𝐄”.

“If a ball had hit me directly on the fingertip, my entire finger could have exploded. Every time a ball came towards me, I prayed my finger wouldn’t pop out of place”.

“𝐈 𝐒𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐍 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐈 𝐏𝐔𝐓 𝐌𝐘 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐃𝐄 𝐌𝐘 𝐆𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄. I begged them to cut the glove open”.

“I even had to shower with a plastic bag over my hand… as keeping it raised was the only way”, Dibu told @gastonedul.
