Went to spectate the boys and filmed something instead. This was a while ago, but I thought sharing some of these frames would be fun.

You may still be looking at me like I have FOUR EYES or like I’ve completely lost my mind for voluntarily waking up at 5 AM.

But hear me out…

What if the way you started your morning could completely change the way you live your LIFE?

I truly believe that when you wake up with intention, it translates into EVERY other aspect of your day. You’re more disciplined, productive, you become a more patient mom, And instead of spending your entire day pouring into everyone else, you’ve already made the decision to pour into yourself first. Which, like they say, allows you to pour from a full cup.

And those little decisions, repeated consistently over YEARS, can completely change your life. And reflecting recently, I know it’s because of the decision I made four years ago to start waking up at 5 AM.

Four years ago, I never could’ve imagined the life I have today.

And while I don’t necessarily measure success by how much money I make, I now earn more than THREE TIMES what I made working as an engineer. But the BEST part? The time freedom.

Being able to work for myself, make my own schedule, drop my kids off at school, pick them up, and actually be PRESENT with them.

I wouldn’t trade that flexibility for ANY amount of money. And I truly don’t believe I would’ve gotten here without consistency, hard work, and making intentional time for myself every morning.

And if you’re wondering HOW THE HECK to become a morning person, there’s a book that completely changed my perspective on mornings.

Comment MORNING ☀️ and I’ll send you the book along with all my morning routine essentials!

You can be eating healthy, training consistently and doing everything right… yet still struggle with a swollen, uncomfortable stomach 😔

And something I wish more women understood is that a distended tummy doesn’t automatically mean you’ve gained body fat, that your nutrition is poor… or that all your hard work has gone out the window!

There are so many things happening inside our bodies that can influence how we look and feel from one day to the next. LITERALLY!

Hormonal fluctuations, digestion, stress, food sensitivities and underlying health conditions can all play a role.

And sometimes, those things are completely outside our control.

For me personally, living with adenomyosis and endometriosis means abdominal swelling and discomfort can be part of my reality, even when I’m doing everything I can to look after myself.

As you can see in the photo above…

I have happy tummy days, and then I have painful, bad tummy days.

But one thing I’ve learned is that while I can’t always control what my body does .. I CAN control how I choose to support it.

And for me, nutrition and training are a big part of that.

I’ve become much more mindful of how I train, how I recover and what foods I eat.

I’m also much more intentional about supporting my digestion and gut health.

Not because I believe food can cure every underlying issue, but because making the right adjustments can sometimes help alleviate symptoms and make everyday life a little more comfortable.

Because nutrition isn’t just about losing body fat or building muscle. It’s also about how you FEEL.

I’ve tried many diets in my time, and that’s one of the reasons I teamed up with my partner to build our nutrition coaching app Meal Engine.

I don’t believe there’s a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition.

And that’s something we’ve taken into consideration when developing our approach to nutrition coaching.

Because what works for one person might not work for another.

We all have different goals, lifestyles, preferences and nutritional needs.

So, we created an adaptive coaching app that can create a custom plan specifically for YOU 🫶
