The title of Ultimate Survivor has followed #JennylynMercado well beyond her time on “StarStruck.” It’s a distinction now often tied to the personal chapters of her life, though she has never quite felt it was hers alone to claim.

Having had to stand on her own from a young age, @mercadojenny has gained a clearer sense of what strength means and what matters most to her. For Preview’s November 2026 cover, she reflects on the experiences that brought her here and the convictions she stands by.
