Steven Garcia

This man worked as the parking attendant at the Sears in Santa Monica all throughout the 90's. If you're from the Westside, he probably charged your mom, dad, aunts and uncles for parking at some point in their lives. He loved the city of Venice, loved his beer and loved talking shit. This image portrays those things perfectly. This man was my Uncle and I'm going to miss the fuck out of him. Rest easy, Tío Eddie.
