The “Chengdu Products Going Global: Setting Sail for the Middle East” Food Enterprise Exchange Session was held at the Centre for China-Europe Cooperation (CCEC), opening a “window” for Chengdu food enterprises to gain an understanding of the Middle East market.

Lemon cream coffee 🍋

Lemon-honey syrup — enough for about 2 coffees:

* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp warm water
* ½ tsp lemon zest
* Optional: ½ tsp lemon juice

Stir together, let sit for 5 minutes, then strain if you want it smooth. No lemon extract needed in the syrup.

Maple-lemon cream — for 1 coffee:

* 3 tbsp cold heavy cream
* 1 tsp maple syrup
* 1–2 drops lemon extract
* Optional: ¼ tsp finely grated lemon zest
