Cowboys in Arcadia, Florida, used a boat and ropes to execute a delicate rescue operation on November 3, herding stranded cattle and a donkey through rising floodwaters. The team worked tirelessly from the afternoon deep into the night, successfully guiding every animal safely to higher ground.

Amid a brutal layoff culture, Canva is going viral for taking a different approach to letting employees go. The company is restructuring 22% of its workforce, affecting 1,271 employees, but the benefits being offered to those leaving are getting attention. CEO Melanie Perkins announced that affected employees will receive at least 6 months of salary, up to 12 months of healthcare coverage, and permission to keep their company MacBooks. They’ll also get 1 year of LinkedIn Premium, career coaching, and access to $10,000 grants if they want to start their own businesses, with Canva taking no equity. The restructuring comes as Perkins says Canva’s growth has slowed for the first time in 10 years. Some affected employees will also have the opportunity to move into different roles within the company.
Comment “FIBER” for my high fiber grocery list 👇🏾 Corporate Ladies, tortillas, rice, bread, potatoes, they all break down into sugar in your body. But that does not mean you need to cut them out. What happens when you eat carbs with no fiber: ❌ Blood sugar spikes fast then crashes hard ❌ Energy drops halfway through your shift ❌ Brain fog, tiredness, and constant snacking kick in What happens when you eat fiber first: ✅ Sugar enters your bloodstream gradually ✅ Energy stays stable through your whole workday ✅ You stay full and focused without reaching for snacks Want my free high fibre grocery list that’s helped 400+ busy women hit their fibre every day? Comment “FIBER” and I’ll send it over
