California Wheels started out “The Trunk” of this Mercury Marquis in 1996 selling Wire Wheels by placing adds to a pager number in the Diablo Dealer, Bay Classified, Auto Trader and Mercury News.

After getting burned a couple times and robbed with a gun to my head, I was able to save up enough money to open a smaller location on Alum Rock and Capitol Avenue in East San Jose in 1998. It’s since expanded to take over the business on either side of the original space, and we’re still here to this day 30 years later.

We started off selling wire wheels and hydraulic parts up front and rented the garage to my Old School homie @mr.quenga Clark Quenga in the back for installations and building Lowriders. One of my first solid customers even out the trunk was an exchange student from Japan named Taka who would export wire wheels, Ben Davis, Dickies, and Levi’s back to Japan. As our business relationship grew we’d build him custom ordered Low Riders to export to his connection SouthSide Imports back in Japan.

We had a lot of good times, and memories from 90’s-2000’s having Parliament Car Club meetings, building cars, the first King of the Streets, and I’m looking forward to seeing a lot of old friends this Sunday at the next @sjkingofthestreets this Sunday August 25th 2024 on Santa Clara Street out front of SAP Arena.

Pic 7 is Brian Sanchez an integral part of the growth of California Wheels who passed away in 2004.

The green Cadillac is @mr.quenga personal car that was featured in Low Rider Magazine.

🎥: THE ROYALES 🤭😍🔥🔥| Andres Reaction to my hair 🌹

One thing about Andre he’s always 10 steps ahead of me when it comes to surprises 🤭😂 his reaction was everything but his acts of service was even better 🙌🏼🥹🥹

God blessed me with a man that’s ROMANCE fanatic 🥰🥰🌹🌹 and I’m here for it!

My message to married couples NEVER stop dating your spouse! Everyday should feel like the first day & cherish every moment ❤️❤️ with the little alone time we get now that Navy sleeps through the night we try to take full advantage of it

Then after All of the love making, rose petals and bubbles it’s back to business 😅

I’m excited to see where this rebrand is going to take Jasmine, being a multi millionaire at just 21 just proves she has the capability to flourish with anything she touches.

🎬: stay tuned for content day & baby Navy’s first milestone 🥹🥹🤭🦋🦋
