I am always grateful to discover a healthier option for my body and the planet. Barefoot shoes are one of those brilliant discoveries we’ve made as a family. Love this! I created the original Vivobarefoot concept as my degree project back in 2001, so it's wonderful to see families embracing barefoot shoes all these years later. My own kids have only ever worn Vivos. These days I'm working on @airpoise.official, applying the same thinking to how we sit with the goal of eliminating back pain worldwide. Wish me luck!

I like the idea for little walks or smaller hikes, I struggle to see this making things easier on a very serious trek. Has anyone tried barefoot shoes on something like the west highland way or Ben Nevis?
