Life lately!
Life is going to life when we least expect it 🐈📦

These last two weeks gave me a house move on my own, a storm that soaked half our things, a talk with oily hair, and a Bengal with a broken leg.

Here’s what I’m learning as I get older, especially as someone who teaches mental fitness: every time chaos shows up, it becomes a learning moment for me first. Then it becomes a teaching moment for us and what makes the difference every single time is how I behave in the middle of it.

So this is how I used BRAVE to get through:

🌬️ Breathe. Before any decision, one slow breath.
🔄 Reframe. “Everything is going wrong” became “a lot is happening, and I can handle the next thing.”
🧭 Align. I asked what really mattered that day or at that moment and let my actions follow.
🎯 Visualise. I pictured the outcome I wanted: a settled home, a relatable talk and a healed cat.
👣 Execute. One step, then the next one. Slowly slowly.

If we’re in a hard season right now, we can change how we experience it by asking ourselves:

💛 What is this moment trying to teach me?
💛 What can I control today, and what can I let go of?
💛 What outcome do I want, and what’s one small step towards it?

We practise exactly this together in the 21-Day BRAVE Challenge, starting Sunday 15 November. If you’d like to join the challenge, comment “join” and I will send you the link.

I tink I like it here🧚

HWBT 💪🏃‍♂️

📣⚾ My Cheer Debut! 💙❤️
Last week, I was chosen for our company's cheer team. I've practiced so hard after work, struggling with new dance steps and poses💦
Today was finally the big day! ✨ I came to Tokyo Dome to support our baseball team! 🏟️⚾
It's my first time in front of a huge crowd. My heart was racing, but the moment the music started, I was totally in the zone! 💃✨
Everyone's energy gave me so much strength. 🥰 Do I look like a real cheerleader now? 🤭💕
Would you cheer with me? 📣💋

Dream or reality? With GUESS Watches, it’s both ✨
