First post-grad speaking engagement… and I’m still taking it all in. 💫

In this cross-generational panel hosted by @drnishauntbattle , we talked about what young people are facing today and how choosing wellness, balance, and self-care is more than survival. It’s resistance. It’s resilience.

From being a student hoping for opportunities like this to now sitting on panels and sharing my story, it’s surreal. Grateful for spaces that let us lead with purpose, advocate for our communities, and remind each other that healing is activism. 🤍

I’m beyond grateful to @mentornmp for creating space for conversations that empower and uplift the next generation of changemakers. Also, thank you to my former professor, at my Alma mater @officialvsutrojans @drnishauntbattle for inviting me to be a panelist! 🙏🏽

Here’s to many more rooms, panels, and opportunities where we keep making impact and pouring back into our communities. Will you be attending? LINK IN BIO TO REGISTER! 💙🧡🌏
