Presidential Traverse 10/11/25
Madison, Adams, Jefferson, Clay, Washington, Monroe, Franklin, Eisenhower… and Jackson, just for fun. Longggggg day but incredibly worth it. Started at 3AM, ended by 7PM. First time hiking outside the adks and I was not disappointed. Blown away by the time spent above the treeline; how open and free it all felt. Genuinely surreal terrain. Incredible luck with weather; 50 and sunny with mild winds through most of the day. Photos taken on a brand new Sony rx100 III and damn they look good.
