Many restaurants seem to have no location listed on their social media.
It's nowhere in their bio, it's not geo tagged on posts.
Even less have it listed on Google Business Profile.

So what happens?

Maybe I see one of your posts on Instagram.
All the food pics look nice. I want to visit your restaurant.
Now I have to figure out where you are located.
Oh great, you have a branch in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Nice to know. But still doesn't help me know exactly where you are.

Types your restaurant name into Google Maps.
GPS is great but it's Dubai...
I could end up in Sharjah trying to find you.

Restaurants are all about visibility.
All about being seen on social media.
But then you make your restaurant hard to find in person.
Nothing worse than hungry customers not knowing where you are.
They give up and go somewhere else.

If you're in a hotel, state that in your bio. Tag it on your posts.

Make it easy for new customers to find you.
