Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Nothing changed on the model just how may pockets are selected in an operation.

I love how fusion “upgrades” like every 45 minutes.

Swap to 2D Contour and turn on Ramp, an make sure the arrows are on the inside. 2D toolpaths are not model aware so they don’t care about violating a model.

I think the safest approach to any CAM system is to have the least amount of geometry selected as necessary so the system has less computations to perform to provide a solution. You can then take that solution and pattern or repeat it where needed. So in your case just select the first feature in your tool path and then drop it in a pattern for the rest.

Sometimes it does it, a work around is the preserve order check box.

2d Pocket can be weird. Sometimes I’ll have to go around it by using 2d contour with “roughing passes” on.

Looks like a glitch. I’ve had fusion do some weird stuff in cam before. The geometry looks like a good candidate for the linear pattern feature.
