Grósha is now 30 years old, and a lot of things happened. Ghost died in a battle against the Burning Legion, and she got all her tattoos.
Also, she accidentally activated an artifact that stops her aging process and increases her health. Like, she can't really get sick, but she is still mortal and needs to be careful in battles.
