Last week, Matte PR (@matte.stories) had the honour of collaborating with Visit Malta (@visitmalta) on an unforgettable culinary experience.
Malta’s gastronomic scene is bursting full of taste and talent, from the local farmer to the Michelin Star fare. And you will have to travel there to experience it.
This dinner was one to remember.
Chef Hiram Cassar (@cassarh_) of Fernandõ Gastrotheque (@fernando_gastrotheque) in Malta and Chef Patrick Kriss (@patrickkriss) of @alorestaurant joined forces for an exclusive dinner at @salon.alo, blending their culinary styles and celebrating the best of Maltese and Canadian ingredients and wines.
Guests enjoyed flavours rooted in Malta’s land and sea. Maltese Pecorino, capers, tomatoes, lemons, and olive oil from Bidnija were paired with signature Maltese wines including Cassar de Malte Brut (@marsovinwinery), “Zafrana” Girgentina (@markusdivinus), Ta’ Betta “Jean Parisot” Chardonnay (@ta_betta_winery), and “Nexus” Merlot (@meridiana_wine_estate).
The evening was a celebration not only of the incredible culinary talent of Malta, but also the warmth and generosity of its culture.
